Strong Current Enterprises Limited TVFox Antenna, Strong Currents Web Processed order even though I exited before final purchase; won't respond to repeated attempts to cancel and refund. London England
I saw a Facebook ad and started order process for TVFox antenna. Before completing the order, a pop-up for additional amplifier (which I did not want) came up. I didn't see a way to decline so decided to just abandon order. I had selected PayPay as method of payment and they took funds and finalized order anyway. I realized within hours and emailed to ask that order be CANCELLED and that my money be REFUNDED.
This was six days ago and still no response. I have emailed three times. I do not want this product and I want my money refunded. I notified them within 24 hours and they should have accepted my cancellation right away.
