If you are reading this report about Summerstone Nursery, you are aware that they ship dead trees, refuse to honor their warranties and are probably run by some of the biggest crooks around. You have probably already been given the run around regarding your returns and refunds. If you were able to get through their phone system, you did it by accident because they have made it almost impossible to speak to someone. Like all good conmen, they do not want anything incriminating left behind.
They will not answer your e-mails, and they will not talk on the phone. The first thing you need to do is contact your bank or credit card company to dispute the charges. You will need to show you have tried to resolve the issue. You may or may not be able to get your money refunded through this means. The next step is to file mail fraud with the US Postal Service. This company is taking money and shipping dead trees, knowing most people will just give up. Their website is not completley mobile friendly; it wkrks best with a PC. The more people that file complaints againt this company, the better odds they will be shut down. The best senerio would be jail time for the owners of this outfit.
