Swat Pest & Lawn Management Inc Dishonest, Misleading, No Morals, No Values & No Integrity Evansville Internet
First off, Swat pest has been doing business in Warrick & Vanderburgh Counties for the past year with out pulling permites & not having a contractors license to be legel the State of Indiana.
Secound, Swat pest has been advertising on local radio stations that they are a Christian based company, when the truth is the owner is "Catholic" very misleading.
Third, Swat pest has had there currant service manager, the commercial route tech. & one of the office girls tested and failed "drug test" with no action taking to correct the problem.
Forth, Swat pest just had a resiential tech. cought stilling personial belongings while doing his pest control services. The owner had been told before by other employee's about the tech. & the owner replaid "where i'm i going to get someone to replace him with". That's how things went on until he was couught.
Fifth, Swat pest has had a couple of employee's hurt while at work. Instead of trying to get them some help, the owner's are still trying everything they can to get these people fired, without insurance & without workers comp.
Last, Swat pest fired me because they felt that i knew to much about there company. I was fired & need not receive any of my bonuses & commisions. The amount owed to me is over $10,000. I have taking legal action to get what is mine, only to be told that because of the paper work that i signed early on with the company keeps them from having to pay me what i worked hard to earn. No Morals, No Values & No Integrity. Please note that i would never recommend this Dishonest, misleading so called company to anyone.

The owner of Swat Pest Management contacted me to repair all the complaints that I made towards his company. The owner has fully fixed all problems within the company with employees that did not meet company standards. The owner has extended his concerns about the problems that I reported and has taking care of each one of them to my satisfaction.
