I have been on the fence about trying this company out for a while, they are a sister company of many other stores online I have accounts with and shopped with before but I have never shopped with them until this past month. I was on a budget but needed new swim wear for upcoming vacation and they had what seemed like a great sale and great selection.

I decided to find a swimsuit with a free shipping code to use but the system was messed up the system was showing the minus/discount taken off but the total wasn't reflecting the math. I tried several tries and decided to use their live chat agent and the lady was confused on why the system was doing this as well so she offered to call me personally and we worked out the order online.

She asked me to log into my credit card account to make sure charges were accurate. Unfortunately they weren't, I was showing two pending charges for the amount of my order. She said maybe one will drop off after a few days and to wait. I agreed and decided to wait it out. She then said since I placed the order via on phone with her she will email me my reciept unfortunately again she sent it to the wrong address. I told her the email address she had was incorrect she mistyped it but now she can't correct it.

At this point I was starting to get annoyed but decided to continue and wait for my order. She sent me a tracking number after I gave her the right email address 3 days later. My order arrived I tried on the suit it fit but I wasn't 100% happy in some places of it and just decided to return it. My order did not come with a packing slip or anything so I got online again via live chat and explained the issue and was told they would email me a new slip but it takes 48 hours before it can be issued ( what?!?! yea. 2 days to get an email) I waited...NOTHING. I got online again and was told they would resend it again...so another 2 days waiting. Nothing.

Then suddenly it hit me they were probably sending it to the misspelled email address that the original csr never corrected. Very annoyed at this point almost upset. I got online again via live chat explained it all the lady then said, " you know your return will not be credited back to your card." I said, " wait, what?!? why not??" and she then proceeded to tell me that they don't return funds that you will get an egiftcard. I was shocked! I never knew a company operated this way. I told her I didn't want to be forced to buy something else and I have a right to my money back on my card once they get the product back.

She proceeded to argue with me and finally said as a " courtesy" ( seriously as if she's doing me a one time favor, get real lady!) she will note my account I will get the money back on my card. Then when I thought we were done oh no we weren't done yet. She then said, " You can use your own return label if you want you will get your money back on your card. If you use their label and want the money back on the card there is a $6.95 shipping fee charge that will be deducted from what is owed to me.

If I didn't want to pay the $6.95 shipping fee and use their label then I would get a gift card for the full amount." What kind of company pulls this kind of shady policy?!?! I argued with her and she said she told me this for future reference but this time I would get all my money back on my credit card as a courtesy. I asked if I can get a copy of this chat transcript for my protection just in case she said she couldn't do that and not to worry it's in my notes. Once again I trusted them. In the meantime, in between all this they had another sale going on and my mother in law was interested they had a bogo free on one pieces so she agreed to pay for it it was over $100!!

They changed the prices the bogo free is off the original "marked out" price not off their listing price... that's misleading advertising! For example: One swim suite is originally $90 but they marked it out with a line through it and listed it for $45 ( this price is an everyday price with or without a coupon deal) and one swim suite is originally $80 but they marked it out with a line through it and listed it for $40 ( same everyday price) then they issued a coupon code for a buy one get one free so we picked out our suits assuming that it would either be 22.50 for one and 20.00 for the other or 45 for one and the other for free (cheapest is always free).

I immediately live chatted and was told no the coupon applies to the original price. I again argued with them. At this point I figured they are really shady and I was about 90% done with business with them. So, at this point I had two orders one I was returning and the other splitting it with my mother in law. A day or two later I finally got my return label BUT it was for the wrong order. So I had to request a new one for the right order and wait another 2 days to get that one.

I also am on a time crunch so I went ahead and ordered a new suit similar priced and hoped it would work out. After waiting a week I finally got it and the one I shared with my mother in law in the mail at the same time. My one piece fit perfectly ( Thank God!) but the two piece I ordered was WAY too small I decided at this point to call them and discuss what to do. Well the lady was the rudest csr I ever had! She said the lady I typed to on the chat live lied to me basically there were no notes about a courtesy refund back to my card NOTHING. I was furious! I was pacing and decided I am THROUGH!

I ended up on the phone yelling back and forth with this lady for an hour and a half until she finally decided to send me a return lable and agreed to again note my account for a credit card refund. I have NOTHING to prove this happened except her name and agent number that's it. Odds are I am screwed with this company. This conversation happened on 6/24/17 and it's now 6/27/17 I just now got the return lable and I decided to exchange the swim suit for a coverup I know that will fit me and I bought a swimsuit somewhere else. Now the issue is the coverup is 21 bucks the return swimsuit is 14...they owe me 7 bucks on my credit card. Just to make sure I via live chatted again and was assured I would get the refund back on my card the 7 bucks they owe me.

Then today I looked at my card's statement online and I have pending charges not once, not twice, but THREE of them for the 21 bucks! Seriously...I am about to blow a gasket if this company doesn't live up to what they owe me: 14 bucks plus 7 bucks and 2 pending charges dropped off my credit card funds I can not use at the moment until they release it! I will NEVER use them again. From day 1 with the promo codes and charges I have had problems...nearly 3 weeks later...and I am waiting...they have 10 days to refund me and settle my credit card account back to original state before I go to my bank and dispute EVERYTHING. Beyond angry!
