On Wednesday 2/17/11 I ordered a Joomla website template, a logo customization, a background customization and installation of the template on my server.  I sent them via their online upload web-ready graphics and all my server access information.  I was told 3-5 days for the website to be finished.  I received a graphic "proof" for approval and I approved it.  Nothing happened, no website.  then I received an email that said I had more customization that what I paid for and they would not finish my site until I paid another $99.  I paid it because at that time they had loaded an unfinished template on my live site.  I complained and on Friday they said I could not get it fixed until Monday.  On Sunday my site became an error message that contained the access password to my server.  I emailed them, called them, chatted with their representatives through out this whole process.  They refused to fix anything, ignored my list of what I had paid for and wanted to see on my site.  Ignored my complaint that my LIVE web site was non- existent.  I asked for a phone call, I sent in complaint forms, I submitted tickets, I chatted with the Sales Rep and did not get any resolution.  Today I sent a last round of emails etc. early in the am and nothing has been fixed by this time, after 5 days.  I went online to search for more information and discovered a whole line of complaints about them and they are an offshore company defrauding people with in operable templates and never-supplied customizations.  I called my credit card company to report this and found that they had charged an additional charge, without my approval so the total was well over $300.  I will now have to contact PayPal, my hosting server, and my website has been destroyed and will have to be repaired.  The loss to my company in time and dollars is well over $1,000.  This company is a complete ripoff.  They have no professional services at all and they have refused any kind of resolution to the problems that they have committed to my website.  I have copies of all the activities and payments.  I hope they can be put out of business.  Their website looks professional, their templates look beautiful but nothing they have works or is actually supplied to the customer.  Help me stop them.
