On April 25, 2015 at 10:12 AM I placed and order for a V.R.M. Full which was a EM detector that I needed for my work. The payment posted on my Mastercard on April 27, 2015 for the full price of $334.95.  This was done through their PayPal service with the card

On April 27, 2015 I received an email from Marti@ that stated that as a reminder the V.R.M Full that I had ordered may take approximately 7-14 business days to ship.

On June 5, 2015 I emailed your company stating I never received the product. I did not receive a response back.

On June 19, 2015 I emailed again trying to find out what the holdup was in shipping my product that I had paid for. I again received no response.

On September 8, 2016 I called your company and spoke with someone who told me that I would need to call back at a different time. This call lasted 6 minutes and 35 seconds.

On September 21, 2016 I called again and spoke with a woman to I explained the details of what was happening. She told me that she would probably just issue a refund and could do that in the form of a check or could put it back on the MasterCard. I told her that a check would be better since I was not sure of the details of the Card at that time. The woman also told me that she would call me back to finalize the details. This call lasted 7 minutes and 46 seconds.

On December 8, 2016 I attempted to reach someone at the company 3 times, at 10:41 AM, 12:06 PM and 1:13 PM and received no answer.

On December 13, 2016 at 12:31 PM I attempted to first call the company and when I received no answer, I emailed a copy of my receipt to your company along with a request to please refund my money

On December 16, 2016 at 12:37 PM I again attempted to first call the company and when I received no answer, I again sent another email to your company requesting a refund, along with the MasterCard information for the refund.

On December 19, 2016 I attempted to contact your company again and left a voice mail at 12:57 PM. I received a text at 1:14 PM stating

“Hi Roderick.

I'm sorry I haven't gotten back to you iv been working 12hr shifts...your refund is being processed.

I will be at work late please just leave your full name and address info in a text reply so I cam double check it when I get home tonight.”

To which I responded

“Sure thing...

Roderick

Address was here

...and thank you for your quick response.

To which the person responded

“No problem I happen to have my phone out so I heard it. I work outside at the airport so I can't hear when the phone goes off.”

On January 12, 2017 at 4:08 PM I again attempted to contact the company by phone. To which I received a text response

“Sorry I can't answer right now, im still at work. Leave your name and cell number and message and I will get back to you as soon as I get home. THANKS MICHELLE”

To which I responded in text

“Hello I left a message on your machine. I've been working with your company in order to procure a refund or the product or that I purchased. The last communique I received from your company was on the 19th of December. I have not heard anything back yet. My number is ***-***-**** and my name is Rod *****. Please get in contact with me at your earliest convenience. Thank you much.”

On January 20, 2017 at 4:45 PM I again attempted to contact your company by phone. An answering machine picked up and also sent a text to my phone which stated

“Sorry I can't answer right now, im still at work. Leave your name and cell number and message and I will get back to you as soon as I get home. THANKS MICHELLE”

I never received the product and for verification purposes I have copies of all emails, recorded telephone calls, and regular and confirmation receipts as stamped by the US Postal Service. Mr. Juliano or his representative also received these as I did receive a green return receipt postcard in the mail signed. However the envelope was returned unopened a week or so later.

I have also contacted PayPal who sent correspondence to Mr. Juliano

On February 12, 2017 I contacted the Better Business Bureau and attached my receipt for the product. They have since told me that Mr. Juliano has an upwards of 6 addresses registered as the store HQ with the BBB.  He has also stated to the BBB that he is not the owner of the company. The addresses registered include buildings on Baltimore St., Eleventh St, Warnock St., Church St., Belgrade St., and Broadstreet.  With cities including Gettysburg, Philadelphia, Mount Holly, and Burlington.

The BBB sent out two letters 15 days apart and both were returned. They have advised me to contact the state attorney general's office which I promptly did in March of 2017.  Around the same time I also contacted the US Postal Inspection Service and IC3, both of whom I filed a report with.

I have since received a letter back from the attorney general's office stating that they are looking into this matter.

If this had been an expenditure less than $100, I would have cut my losses, however currently I am preparing for a court appearance as it seems that Mr. Juliano has done this to others as well, as evidenced through other complaints we have found, hoping to get away with it.

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Thu, May 31, 2018

This customer was finally given a refund. The Pennsylvania Atty. Gen. and the postmaster both refused to hear his case. A small claims court in Michigan tried to sue me personally but the company is in LLC and you cannot file small claims against individual when the company is in LLC. Given all the information that this person put out most of its which was not true it just became too much of a distraction at this point and it was worth giving him a refund for something he did receive was just the best way to end the headache. He pointed out too many people we had multiple addresses and were mail order scam but the simple answer is we've had four different storefronts and our main office has moved twice so that would be six addresses right there all are valid all have sales and tax licenses to them and federal and state governments into states are satisfied with it so I'm not sure why he couldn't get in touch with us. Our website has been the same since 2002 and the current location and the phone numbers are always listed but he waited a year both after he said he did not receive the item that we shipped to complain and then waited another year before he complained again.

During the initial time that he claimed he did not get the item he never contacted PayPal or filed a dispute with them which would've given his money back if there was no tracking information nor did he contact his credit card company to put a chargeback on the purchase and he would've gotten his money back as well if we could not provide proof. We provide enough proof for the Pennsylvania Atty. Gen. and the Postal Service to drop the investigations. Unfortunately we were never aware of the case that happened in Michigan and are taking care of that now since like we said before that was against someone personally and not against the business itself so all that would need to be refiled.
