Thomson Multimedia ripoff liars victimized us Durant Oklahoma
I bought an rca-dvd vcr through the aol store on the internet in march of last year.It went bad in may and i sent it to thompson multimedias exchange center in el paso texas and they sent me back a piece of junk from mexico that would not even work.
I then asked for my money back and they sent me a letter stating they would refund my purchase price and to return the unit to the exchange site.Instead of refunding my money they sent me yet another unit.i wrote and wrote them asking for my money and i finally got in touch with the better business bureau in oklahoma.
Then they sent me still another buy back letter and again i returned the unit and again had to write them three times with no answer.Between the price of the dvd-vcr,shipping and insurance,and toll calls i am out about four hundred dollars.I returned the last unit in october of last year.
