I bought tickets through Ticketmaster and later I find unauthorized credit card charges from Entertainment Rewards. I've been getting charged $7 extra per month for their bogus subscription.

I've complained to Entertainment Rewards, and I'm calling my credit card, the BBB, and will be filing a complaint with the state attorney general. Beware when buying tickets online through Ticketmaster.

Entertainment Reward Charges

Same here. Been getting charged $7 a month for something I DO NOT recall signing up for. I have never and never signed up for something like this. Anyway logged on to Entertainment.com (and as for a password reminder since I don't remember). PW ended up being something bogus I would never used. Went into the Account area, and cancelled my memebership. Funny thing is, they have a mini questionnaire asking you why you are canceling your memebership and ironically, one of their options is "I don't know how I signed up for Entertainment.com". Also if you're fortunate enough, you may be able dispute the charges with your credit card. Good luck.

I also am getting charged $7.00 a month for NOTHING I care to use.The comments from one member from the company saying we didn't hold a gun to your head to click yes was so uncalled for.Just pacify everyone and return their money to them!Obviously everyone was in a hurry to get their tickets through ticketmaster but that does not give you the right to even put SNEAKY stuff on.(I didn't see it)!The consumers only want the tickets!!!!Yell and scream yes, you would too if this happened to you!All I want to know is how to get the money back!!If anyone has please post it!!!I have called the Attorney Gereral and now the BBB.Good luck to all who have been ripped off.

This rebuttal is for anyone who has complaints about Entertainment Rewarrds. First off, the offer comes up with an offer on a cash back offer currently $25.00. It comes up on the confirmation page of you ticket purchase and it clearly states as follows Your order is complete: To claim a $25.00 cash back offer: It also states this offer is from Entertainment Rewards. Then there is a continue button you MUST push to get to the next screen. On that next screen it states the product, type of savings on which products and it requires you to place your email address in twice. It CLEARLY states- if you do not cancel in the 30 day free trial you will be billed on a monthly basis and by clicking yes, you agree that if you do not cancel.. you authorize ticketmaster to pass along you name, address and billing information to Entertainment Rewards. Then you physically have to click on the BIG YES button. where underneath that button it states no additional information will be needed. After clicking on the yes button you are then taken to the page that gives you the option to go to Entertainent.com. No where in any of this is anyone holding a gun to your head and demanding that you click that YES button. As for the customer service reps.. they are doing thier job as instructed.. and just because we are nice enough to issue you the last month that you were billed back.. don't look your noses down..most companies do not offer anything back on this type of services. We are required by law to send out email both doing the free trial and after words.. You receive the first email on the day you sign up.. it has your user name and pw on it.. and you receive a 3rd email on day 25 of the free trial stating you have 5 days to cancel before billing begins. It is not our faults, you chose to ignore them, your spam filter got them, etc. It's law.. we send them what you chose to do with them is on you not us. As for your screaming, yelling, threatening and host of other excuses you the public chose to give us, we are still not responsible because you chose not to pay attention to what you were doing while on the internet. If your mad at yourself for not paying attention or checking your bills more often fine.. be mad at yourself but don't take it out on us. We didn't tell you to click on the button. It is not that I am unsympathic to the public... but let's face it.. most people are lucky they remember what they did a week ago let alone what they did when they were in a rush and seeing free money. It's not fraud, or a scam or stealing or whatever other freak thing you think we doing. It's nothing more than you the public not paying attention to what is on the net and even the most computer sauve person can screw up when in a rush.
