This guy has been around a looong time doing the same exact thing, ripping people off! Robert Sussman, owner of "timeshare realty specialists" is nothing but a con artist, a phony, a fake, and most of all a piece of s**t f****t. If you have gotten a call saying that your PACIFIC MONARCH TIMESHARE is gonna sell in 60 to 90 days you have been bamboozeled. There is no way to sell a timeshare, and the people calling you are doing nothing but lying to you. Please look at Timeshare Real Solutions reports and you will be able to see everything this company has been doing for so many years. Be weary of the whole pitch when you do recieve a call from them, they will offer you everything you have ever wished and hoped for for $199-$2500, with a guarantee that they will buy it from you immediately when your ten months is up. Bulls**t bulls**t bulls**t! Never trust this company! Daniel Hughes, Louis, Jason Phifher, any of them. Please do your research folks. Youre dealing with modern day crooks!
Prove it to yourself!

The first thing you need to watch out is the sales pitch. If the timeshare salespeople are overly aggressive, they are probably trying to scam you. They might also give you many promises, but without any written confirmation, therefore, do not believe everything you hear. Also, keep in mind that purchasing timeshares under construction might be a risky business. Before you buy, you need to be sure you are going to be able to use your timeshare every year. It is also very important that you take your time to do a thorough research on the company.

Unfortunately, timeshare resale fraud has been around since the timeshare idea was created, but they increase during poor economy. When times are difficult, timeshare owners are stuck with properties they can´t travel to or even afford. Desperate to recoup some money to pay for bills, they can easily become victims to scams artists pretending to be their timeshare salvation who will take upfront fees as much as five number figures in some cases but fail to fulfill their promise. I'm sorry you fell for this, I recommend you to read this articles from Mexican Timeshare Solutions on how to get out of a timeshare scam:http://www.timesharescam.com/
