This company refused to honr their agreement to reimburse my business for a $250.00 cancellation fee. I paid a cancellation fee to bankcard to process with TMG. I faxed all the necessary papers to Tawny @ TMG required for the reimbursement. The first excuse I was given was she couldn't read the papers I faxed. I enlarged the contract from bankcard and faxed again. This time she just didn't recieve them. Giving the very rude Tawny the benefit of the doubt I faxed the papers again. Third times a charm....right??? WRONG!! Tawny claims she didn't recieve them again. Looks like TMG could buy Tawny a new fax machine with all the money they are making off of unsuspecting business owners like me. Decided to just phone our sales rep, John Campbell. No luck there good ole John has split from TMG so he won't be helping any of the small business owners in our area he signed up for TMG and pledged to represent. The sad truth is John Campbell is a liar and so is Tawny and the rest of the folks over a TMG. They represent all the things wrong with our country. Karma is an awesome thing as I am certain John , Tawny, and TMG will one day find out. Just wish I could see karma at work with this despicable trio.

Not once.......once......did it not occur to you to MAIL it??? You will be reimbursed your promised fee. Sometimes technology isn't all that great.......look at the computer you used to type this detail into, I'll bet it gets a bug every now and again and not work right doesn't it??
