Tracfone. ripoff, Refer a friend and You'll both probably get screwed. Miami Florida
Yup.
My friend tried "tracfone" website links, "refer a friend", multiple times. Each time the website accepted the referal(you'll get email shortly). Note: I plugged in the info myself, just to make sure, except... El ZIPPO referal emails from Tracfone.
Song and dance story from tracfone, which continued until refering friends service expired. Then you got it. they blame expiration. A**holes.
Tried another refer a friend program from [email protected]. Finally got an email from Tracfone this time around.
Activated phone. used tracfone referal. screwed a second time. denied.
At this point, I wouldn't trust tracfone with a two dollar bill. I will definitely stear my other friends away from future "tracfone" purchases.

Tracfone finally made good on it's 100 minute refer-a-friend promo. Two(2) weeks after the initial denial, several emails, and phone calls. I suspect filing a Ripoff report had something to do with it. Anywho.. Keep a close eye on em. Once again, A big "Thank you" to ripoffreport..

My recommdation.. return all Tracfone's purchased for xmas.

If you relied on Tracfone's refer-a-friend to give out xmas presents.. You'll probably both get screwed. Just return them ALL.. NOW.. before you activate them. Make the retailers honor their refund polices.
