my problem's with tracfone, have been resolved. thanks to the help of top management. this was a problem of misunderstanding, and communication, between myself and customer service. the executive officer, that interveined stated that customer service would be reveiwed, and corrected as needed. this has been a win win situation for tracfone, and myself. tracfone has shown they do care about customer's, and will go the distance, to keep it that way. thanks again to the executive dept, and i look forward to continuing my cellphone service with you. signed charles

tracfone has refused to resolve any of my problem's since i made my first purchase at k-mart 12-08-05. they have since sent six more phones, two more defective and five wrong model's. i have spent hours on the phone, with their customer service people, to no avail. at one point their resolution center, promised minute compensation, and later denied doing so. i have spent untold time on the phone with these resolution people, namely one named veruska ext. 53202 and a no name ext.53427 with no sucess. futhermore, neither will return my call's. since this nighmare began i have been able to make two call's, with only limited signal strength. while this circus has been continuing, my original warranty and minutes experation, are going down the drain. after rethinking my treatment with tracfone, i realize that their indian service employee's have very limited education, and understanding of the english language, and probably, little knowledge of good american business practice. also i doubt that tracfone, has a training program, for these people, allow's them little or no decision making authority. my complaint is with TRACFONE! i have now decided to settle this in small claim's court, and will keep you updated thank you
