Tracfone sucks...my phone worked for about 10 days.

Problem #1-Phone stopped ringing.

Problem #2-Couldn't set up or recieve voice mail.

Problem #3-I could send and be charged for text messages, yet the text messages I've sent were never recieved by the people I sent them to.

Problem #4-The phone stopped vibrating equaling missed phone calls and all kinds of drama.

I contacted Tracfone through the web and on the phone..they told me to mail them my defective phone..at my expense...and I was told I'd have it back in 15 business days.

Needless to say the 15 business days have dragged out to the tune of 2 months w/out my phone.I have recorded every call I have made to these fools and each time has been one lie after another. You would think these jacka**es would realize the truth(no matter how bad it is) is better than a lie anytime...guess again.

1st call(10 days past my 15 business day promise)

I am told by operator that my phone will be here tomorrow. I asked to speak to a supervisor...now it gets deeper. I tell the supervisor that the girl before her told me I would be getting my phone tomorrow....she said thats not true and I asked where the 1st girl got her info..surprise...the supervisor told her to tell me that information. Then I asked the supervisor how come no one had contacted me or given me some type of status report on my phone...she told me Tracfone does not contact customers by any means whatsoever.

2nd call- get the same treatment from supervisors...I give them my case# and they tell me you sent in your phone because it was defective....and it hasn't been shipped back to you yet.

By this time I am major pi**ed and I describe all the symptoms of my ailing phone and i ask the operator to tell me what info she has on the status of my phone...she says she'd have to get in touch with the warehouse,which can only be reached through

e-mails...no direct phone#s. So I give them all my contact #s and address so the warehouse can contact me...no response

Here are the rest of the excuses I have been given:

the warehouse can't locate your phone,we don't have your type of phone in stock,due to the hurricane our warehouse is backed up. The stupidest thing this one guy tells me is that he will guarantee that my phone will arrive at my home on Dec 15th...today is Dec 22nd, still no phone.

On Dec 17th I called back once again......I was told that my phone was shipped out to me on Dec 16th....by airborne express... once I asked the operator for the tracking # he hung up on me! I called right back and asked to speak to a supervisor...they asked if I could be put on hold...I said NO...get ur supervisor and stand in silence while you get her.

The supervisor tells me the warehouse is the only place that would have that info...she says she'll send an email and give them my contact info so the w-house can give me the tracking#. I asked her to recite my contact info(remember these a**munchers took my contact info everytime I called) this t**burglar recites the wrong address and phone #.

Needless to say I'm still waiting...the only thing I have been offered for my inconvience is 230 free units. Too bad my phone had 200 units on it when I sent it in to these pukes.

Once all the recording have been transferred and transcribed..reports will be put on the ripoff report and to the BBB....I also informed the supervisor of this and he shut down the convo with the quickness.

These guys suck bottom line. Do I hear class action lawsuit anyone? If so lets get 2gether and screw them like they've been screwing all of us.
