Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I just read an article on mlmsurvivor.com and I cannot believe how similar my experience was with these guys.

It was October of 2000 in Phoenix, AZ I was looking for a job because the small internet company I worked for was going out of business. I posted my resume on Monster.com and a few days later I get a phone call from somebody from Trek Alliance-a young thin man with short dark his name escapes me. He told me he saw my resume on monster and wanted to interview me for a sales/marketing position. I told him I had never heard of his company and asked what they did. He said "they were a marketing company for the health and fitness industry". (I just read on mlmsurvivor.com this company describes themselves in the exact words I just posted) He said they were a division of equinox and I think they might have gone under some other marketing name but I cannot remember.

He invited me to a seminar which was held on a Saturday from 8-12. As soon as the seminar started and we watched the videos of all the products they offered eveything from water purifiers to non toxic glass cleaner to weight loss products, I became aware that this was a MLM and wanted to leave. However they didn't give us 1 bathroom break for 3 hours (probably because they knew people would leave) and I didn't want to be rude as just walk out so I sat there. We watched one, happy chirpy person after another talk to us about how much money they made with Trek Alliance. The most interesting was this Bozo Homo blonde guy named DJ. A young man who has a boat, corvette, mercedes, you name it. His story was of tremendous wealth and how just the year before he was practically living in poverty and eating Ramen Noodles everyday was nauseating.

So after the seminar I desperately wanted to get out of there as I wasted my Saturday there and I asked the man who recruited me why he didn't tell me they were a MLM organization and he replied "whats that?" DUH! Totally playing stupid.

Anyone even thinking about doing a MLM or a pyramid scheme needs to read mlmsurvivor.com. Very educational. VERY VERY few people if any actually make money off of these things.

After this seminar was over they were asking people to attend a training course in Oklahoma-but hurry....space is limited and it will sell out!! What a joke!! Everything is so scripted and rehearsed here its really sad. This company has fraud written all over it. I spoke to a lady last night online (member search on aol) and asked whether or not she liked working for Trek alliance and if she actually made any money. She is pretty gung h*o that it is a legitimate company and she only spent 47.00 on a start kit which she says is refunded if the job doesn't work out. When I interviewed they were asking people to spend 400-500.00 on training in OK so I'm wondering if something has changed. She also was concerned if we are talking about the same company. She stated their CEO is Harry Flagg and she sounded like she didn;t know who Rick Von is who I understand is the founder. According to a complaint filed by the WI attorney general, both Harry Flagg and Rick Von are listed in the complaint so I'm pretty sure we are talking about the same company.

Kim, Your report here will probably save hundreds from losing thousands of dollars on oily MLMs. The time you spent at the mind numbing MLM cheerleading meeting was well spent since you used it to your own advantage to spare others. You are absolutely right in your theory of no bathroom breaks. The MLM promoters want all the time possible with a potential mark in order to tap into the mark's greed zone. We all rationalize--it is the goal of a fraudster to discover how the potential victim rationalizes and then to prostitute it to his advantage. MLM promoters often refuse all questions because they don't want anyone to question the absurd claims of wealth--because they can't support the claims. I knew a woman who was man handled and escorted from the room for asking an unsolicited question. Even when they do ask questions they usually use shills stationed in the audience to ask prearranged ones. The shills also will cheerlead from the audience. The fraudsters will place good looking female shills next to the men and handsome male shills next to women. Very creepy. Thanks for sharing! TFC
