ive been harassed/mistreated numerous times.. not only at this tropigrill but several locations. I've been to this tropigrill many times as they've messed my order up or given bad food ro bad tortillas. the employees are obnoxious and sickeningly rude and nasty for no reason....after complaniing about previous mistreatment, instead of rectifying the situation, i went back to the place only for the smart a** male manager there to yell "OHH ITS OUR "VIP" CUSTOMER" rudely and condescendingly.....as well as other things and he continues to make derogatory remarks everytime i go there.

recently, i went to place an order, and the manager was being very rude to me...I asked if there was another manager there and the jerk said no and i asked for someone else to help me...he called over an equally nasty hispanic male, since everyone who works there is generally hispanic rude chip on their shoulder...he came then to be rude as well and after handing me my food...said "HONEYYYY I HAVE A QUESTIONN" rudely....i refused to acknowledge ...then he adn the young immature jerk manager both began spewing things at me and harassing me as I drove off....of course I was hesitant to go back to that place, but eventually went back...the manager wasn't rude or mean but they were trash talking me to each other as I was there....

why are these food service psychopaths harassing female customers on a regular basis for no erason and picking on them and getting away with it-- it's not just there is no customer service anymore-- it's bullying harassing and terrorizing customers is the way of the hideous food service psychos and freaks you find today -- and upper management never cares and continues allowing this injustice of a person or a customer...

I was also harassed numerous times and yelled at at the tropigrill location on e colonial drive and 434---called in many times only for the hotline and upper management to do nothing about it and keep the same obnoxious bullies that work there and continue to allow them to do this to innocent customers for no reason....

wow ok...well after tonso fbad treatment, numerous calls to 'corporate' and lots of grief and hell-- you would think 'something' would be done about tropigrill's nasty employees that work there. Of course not--maybe temporarily. I stopped going to this awful place for a while...then went a few times and had some good treatment and service--and one very nice manager who was almost impressively nice. That, of course didn't last. Haven't been back there in a while, but tonight decided, what the heck....almsot every tropigrill I personally go to has the most horrendous service-- with teh rudest jerks working there...tonight I go and as I'm driving around I notice this jerk manager who had harassed me numerous times before. Of course the freak upon seeing me...could not stay outside...he had to rush inside to harass me. No joke. He rushed inside, then ran to the window to literally just get off on treating me like trash. He made it a particular for "him" to take my order. I could not say anything or that I wanted someone else to help me, not him, and almost drove off. You can't say...that you do not want to deal with this sick creep because...the immature piece of sh*t is the 'manager.' First off, I do not understand how a "manager" can be some unprofessional loser and lunatic who harasses customers adn gets away with it, has no professionalism or CSR skills. He and the other employees began talking trash about me and laughing, making fun of me etc....and making fun of anything....and holding a 'receipt' out to me....as I was clearly showing dismay...and not wanting to deal with him.. you have these miserable freaks working at these places...who feel they can just treat csutomers any way they want and get away with it and sadly 'they can' because no one anywhere cares about how they treat others and lets them get away with it..this has got to be the worst society ever...you can't go to a restaurant without getting grief and abuse from the deranged psycho losers and bottom feeding scum suckers that work at these places....maybe this doesn't happen to 'everyone' but im sure ith appens to some people....these people, to me are some of the lowest nuts you can find-- what kind of bottom feeding freak restaurant employees or people take it upon themselves to go harass and try to make another person's 'drive thru' experience a living hell and wants to pick on them and put them down in this way? Why does tropigrill allow these psychopaths to d this to customers and people giving them business? Why are immature sickos 'managers' of these locations? You have to get abused just to get 'food' from this place when screwballs and jerks with no mannesr morals or brains are working there and want to just pick on you and treat you badly? yes im pissed and have every reason to be.... no feeble minded bottom of the food chain 'restaurant employee' has a right to make a customers experience hell or treat them badly...just because they are 'employees' of a rsetaurant....this isn't 'bad customer service' it's 'ABUSE" it's sick and it's wrong.... and tropigrill and other places these days do not give a care about the very people giving them business and paying their salaries-- they love their employees who behave like monsters and treat customers so badly... and get away with it....

As I've queried in a rebuttal to a different report, what is up with people from Orlando? Is it just the same person filing complaints regarding every commercial establishment she visits? Or is Orlando full of consumers who actually prefer to be mistreated? Because it seems to me like every complaint coming out of Orlando involves someone who keeps going back, again and again, to the same place where they are "terrorized and bullied"? Regardless of all that, it's obvious that the problem in this report lies with the consumer. By your own words you keep returning to this restaurant, even though the food sucks, and the fast-food employees who work there are somehow able to make you feel belittled and terrorized. I worked as a waiter for twelve years. In that time I learned that there are some people whose lives are not complete unless they have something to complain about. This appears to be one of those people. Do yourself and the poor employees of this restaurant a favor and find somewhere else to eat. Then, after you have been terrorized and belittled at your new restaurant for a while, find another one. Continue this pattern for the remainder of your life. It's a win-win situation: you'll continually find wonderful new things to gripe about, and each establishment will only have to deal with you for a few weeks or so.

Wow - everywhere you go, every gas station, restaurant, and take out joint in the greater Orlando area has nasty people, horrible service, and stupid employees. And guess what - they're going to follow you! Yes - for the rest of your pitiful life, you will be tormented by immature, rude jerks! Welcome to a special circle of hell - just for you. And thanks for all the laughter. I'm eagerly awaiting your next misadventure!
