Verizon Wireless damaged my credit in 2011 in an attempt to extort money from me for a broken smart phone.

I ordered a Motorola Droid X2 a few years ago from Ukiah, Ca on N. Orchard. I put it an otterbox. I paid a premium to have this phone and service.

A year goes by and I have a problem with the phone charging. I notice sometimes it charges and sometimes it does not. Standard wall outlet charger, provided by Verizon store.

I called, requested a new charger. The warranty gal expressed that it was the phone and not the charger, and to mail the phone to the warranty people.

What do I do in the meantime? I hook up an old flip phone with no web, none of my work contacts, ordeal,...

Well it turned out to be the charger, as I was right, but I don't feel stupid, I am stupid, I realized I made an error. For being talked into returning my phone by a "technician."

Whats worse! I did not receive my old phone back! A different phone comes back that was refurbished! Here comes the fun parade. This is negligence.

I contact the Verizon people at the 800 # who I now know by voice. They know me, by voice, to express that my phone they sent back has error messages and is a complete mess. It is all chewed up. This is not my phone. Mine was flawless. Even the box was in perfect condition.

Meanwhile I have been charged my $150 a month while this is going on. I am up and listened to your ignorant support people instead of buying a $5.00 charger from the drug store.

Thinking I shouldn't use a knock off charger for my new phone! Whoops.

Now the real fun begins. My new REFURBISHED phone is riddled with operating system errros and is a giant $150 dollar a month piece of garbage.

Wow, I am let the hell down beyond belief. So let me explain this is really what happened. After 3 months of dealing with an 800 # on hold for hours at times, my problem was exacerbated to the extent that my phone was STOLEN, by Verizon. I have brand new WALL CHARGER, that charges a PHONE, that does not even stay on for AN HOUR before its OPERATING SYSTEM, crashes.WoW, I have been literally screwed over months of time! And paid them to do it.

So make no mistake, this corporation knows exactly what happened to me. They know my story. There people know. Better Business Bureau, now knows.

But maybe they are incapable of resolving problems. They are amazingly proficient at creating them. Verizon Wireless passed the buck to Motorolla.

After all that, Verizon said they could not help me anymore and that I needed to mail the broken phone they mailed me, to Motorolla now and at my cost!So like a rational person after being financially robbed for months and literally being robbed of the phone I paid for in the first place I stopped paying them. And they thrashed my credit. And all I could do, is turn them into the Better Business Bureau. Because FCC might as well be a department within Verizon Wireless.

2014,

My girlfriend and I decide to get I-phones. Enough time has passed, we find Verizon has the best deal. Roll the dice again! Stupid doesn't begin to suggest what I am about to do. And I do it, blindly thinking, they will not, screw me again. But that's ofcourse not what happens. They have already screwed me previously, so now I bring my girlfriend in to be screwed. Nice guy I am. And they do. This time it doesn't take a year. They start from DAY ONE.

Under the Verizon Edge Plan, We are signed up for 3 accounts. A phantom account and two I phone accounts on a shared blah blah blah plan. An error is made in our initial, sign up in store.

Error is agreed to by Verizon Store when we bring in our first bill. The people, they spend hours trying to fix it.  They have expedited their assistance abilities since my last encounter and help right away to create understanding that they are the extortionists, and you are the victim.

We receive bills for months. They express over the phone to my gal that she owes $32.00 and that this will be taken care of. We pay the $32.00. it is credited to the account we didn't sign up for. We continue to receive the bill. Outright lies, outright criminal billing practice. Extortion has now been proven.

So we've killed hours to repair the error made by Verizon, (SAME STORE IN UKIAH) we have attempted to remedy this $100.00 bill with hours on the phone. Not minutes, hours from November, 2014. Here it is, today February 16, 2015. Verizon called us to confirm they took care of the over-billing issue from October. But they've said that for 3 months so we don't believe them.We didn't get this call until we went ahead and filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  Verizon Wireless is a criminal enterprise operated by criminals who should be in jail. How many people pay the $100.00 so they don't have to call. CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT IS IN ORDER.

At every turn they are screwing people. This is not bad luck. This is a criminal enterprise.
