Western dental is a fraud and put me on collection!!!
I was receiving the orthodontist treatment in western dental back in march 2011 because it was cheap, since i come from a low income family. they made me sign a contract and i sign it. So i had my braces already and were paying the bills on time. I have only paid 145.00 a month. Up until october 2012 is when my mom stopped paying the bills because she couldnt afford paying it. they kept adding up the payment and still can't afford to pay it. That's when now they put my dentist proftile on collection. Owing them $1,000 and something since 2012. Now since its 2014. Now they send a mail and saying that i owe them 1,000 or more to pay them. I can't afford paying it! these money hungry western dental should be sued for doing this to low income families!!! it's not fair! I still have the braces. I wish I should'nt step in that place in the first place. I know these people were a bunch of fraudster and looking for a victim to prey on to get money!! I'm afraid those assholes are going to sue me for nothing. This ain't no made up story. What I'm saying is really true! those bunch of scumbags are money hungry! My advice to you guys please don't go to western dental! western dental is fake! if you guys don't pay them, they will put you on collection for no reason!

It’s been two years since your last payment. That isn’t fair.

What did they do that was fraudulent?
“western dental is fake!”
What is ‘fake’ about them?
“they will put you on collection for no reason”
You already told us your mother defaulted on the loan two years ago so why do you claim ‘no reason’?

Did not adhere to the contract therefore the dentist had every right to file a collection notice. So, if you still have your braces who do you think is going to remove them?? You will have to pay the bill!!
