Company ALL OUT TOURZ Concierge RIPOFF We contacted William C Bell to get hotels rooms booked in Vegas and to get to night club as no line VIP.We booked the room send him paypal for 3 night a flamingo hotel for 2000$ including go in club VIP.As we check in our room is a regular room not suit La Vegas nevada

We contacts William C Bell via Facebook to book hotel room in Las Vegas and club We paid $2000 for 3 night at flamingo as we arrive there we check in we realize we got regular room not. Suite I asked reception letting them know we booked suite for that price they told us no sorry u reservation said regular room he actually booked us standard room for 200$ day over charged us 1100$ also as we were going to night club we went in never got VIP as plan he then he has the nerves to ask us for tips !! Me and my 5 girls were having fun in club he offered us free drink and then try to hook up with my gf .very unprofessional and rip off my also trying to get us to hook up with him we were outraged ! We could not get our money back such was via PayPal we are very upset and lost money on that trip!!!
