Spencer, I have a guess as to how they may have obtained your card information. If you order online WLI*Reservations is one of those sneaky companies who pops up with ''get $10 off your next order'' and such things. What is intentionally NOT clearly visible is the agreement to sign up with them, and a pre-checked box, usually, saying ''yes, sign me up!''. I never go for those offers for my own reasons, but if you don't screen it BEFORE x-ing out of it if you don't take them up on it, you STILL can be 'enrolled'' because the box may be pre-checked for agreement. I may be wrong on the exact execution of their underhanded process, but I've encountered them numerous times when ordering online, and a host of other sneaky companies as well. When ordering online, you need to be Sherlock Holmes with a magnifying glass at all times. I won't exclude companies who allow these leeches on their sites, just because it seems you can't get away from them. One idea that I haven't tried but seems like a good idea to adapt is using only pre-paid debit cards for online ordering. That way only the amount you put on the card is available and if a sneaky company gets some of the funds before the legitimate purchase comes through, well, at least it's not on a card you use all the time, and might not notice small charges that aren't valid. You read your account details, YAYAYAY lololol. That's the best defense of all.
