So a few weeks ago I went to purchase a second house. Had my mortgage company pull my credit and there is a collection on there from A&S Collection Associates Route 14 Williamstown, VT 05679 (802)433-2100. I have no clue who this company is so I file a dispute. After giving Experian the 30 days they need I get a report saying this information remains on your credit. I then call the company to find out who they are and what is going on. The lady on the phone says they have talked to me back in 2007 and I told them I would get back with them. She also stated I had bought a car from World Motors in Scottsdale, AZ. I told her I live in TN why would I buy a car from there? Ok so I know with ebay and everything people are buying cars all over the country but I still have no clue who this company is.

World Motors is a licensed, bonded and insured motor vehicle dealer in the state of Arizona. It is World Motors mission to provide the highest quality, cleanest and most well appointed Mercedes Benz vehicles at the lowest prices possible to our customers. We do not use sales pressure, cheasy gimmicks or scams to sell our vehicles. We post Carfax reports directly on our website www.worldmotors.net and we do not have high markups on our vehicles. With all that said, I would like to respond to this report posted by KiraKirra. First and foremost, some of the allegations made in this report are slanderous and false. While it would be unprofessional of me to comment directly on a customer, I can say that some of the statements made are completely fabricated and false. World Motors has been, and is, a Better Business Bureau Accredited Business. Please see www.arizonabbb.org and use the find a business link on the consumer page. Once you type in World Motors, you can clearly see that we are, and have been a BBB member. Most car dealers are not, for good reason. While I did not sell this vehicle to this customer directly, I can tell you that the dispute has more to do with an ex-roomate situation than it does with World Motors. Also, this customer was involved in an accident shortly after purchasing this vehicle. She neglected to mention that fact in her posting. World Motors sells 100's of cars per year. I find it interesting that there is only one complaint posting on this website. Clearly, we do not have a pattern of sales practice issues. If you would like to speak to me personally, give World Motors a call at 480.921.0792 and ask for Tyler. Thanks, Tyler Thompson World Motors

Hi, I work for a gentleman who purchased a vehicle from World Motors. Had the car shipped to him outside of AZ where he lives, purchased a warranty from the dealership and subsequently found out the warranty had not actually been purchased though he paid for it. They are giving him the run around about a refund and asking for more money to purchase a warranty they already said they had. Am going to file complaints with Sec of State, BBB. Would like to speak with you and find out if you would like to team up in our efforts to bring this to the public.

I am fairly confident that the CU was giving you the LOAN value, not the car value. Nobody loans 100% on a 6 year old car. Most CU's will only finance 70-80% of the value of the car. The rest is made up with your down payment. Were you trying to get 100% financing? Were you upside down in your trade in? The only thing you have going in your favor is that they are prohibited by law to sell your trade until the deal is DONE. This means financing in hand. You have recourse on this. I lived in AZ and went through this. I won. It was long ago when I was young and stupid. I ended up putting the dealership out of business, because an investigation got started and I was not the only one. There were hundreds of victims. They lost thier dealers license. Go to the DMV, DEALER SERVICES side, and ask for the dealer's licensing and BONDING info. Then file a complaint ther, and then file a claim against thier bond for your losses. Once you do this, a big can of worms is open. Investigation is underway. Guaranteed. FYI...NEVER accept "spot delivery". This means never give up your trade until the financing is actually APPROVED. Good luck.
