On September 26, 2013, My fiance' and I had negotiated and agreed to the purchase price of $9,400.00 for a red 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4X4 Hemi, stock #656563.  We placed $1000.00 down and received confirmation of our payment through email with the date to be paid in full.  We were also notified by Nancy that all documents and contracts that needed to be signed would also be sent by email.  All 8 pages were sent to my email, signed and faxed back. The remainder of the balance was paid on Oct. 2, 2013 (days earlier than required).  

This is when everything started to unravel...

The next step in this process for me would be to get my vehicle shipped to me and that had to be done 24 hours in advance.  So I called their towing guy to set up transportation and he made me aware that WWA said that my paperwork was incomplete.  I then called WWA and Nancy said one of the pages didn't completely print out and it was missing a couple of letters.  So  I asked her to fax the document again. She did and I signed again.

This "excuse and process"went on for several weeks, concerning the same documents that I didn't see a flaw with and if there was  it was a flaw on their part because I had used several different printers to get the best quality.  I would call and Nancy would no longer come to the phone, I left several messages and received no return phone call.  If it were not for my effort to complete the process to purchase and receive the vehicle no one else took the innitiative to communicate.

On October 15, 2013 after I had faxed off another set of documents, the tow truck guy again said they were holding the vehicle due to the same problem. Fed up, I called and finally spoke with Nancy, who was very rude and unconcerned with the amount of time that had been wasted, and also the lack of customer-service on their part to at the least keep me informed. She was defensive about her negligence and took no responsibility for her actions.  At that time I was clear that I no longer wanted her service with that attitude and asked to further be assisted by someone else.  

October 16,2013, the tow truck guy slept out in Utah in hopes of transporting the vehicle.  Marisol, was my new representative, who emailed the same two papers, that I had signed at least 5 times, for me to complete. I printed them and faxed them over making sure everything was 100% clear and legible.  I waited 10 minutes  and called to confirm that she received them.  I was then told a new excuse, that my signatures don't match on any of the documents received. BS!  After we argued I realized they had No concern for the customer and something was evidententally Wrong with this whole process, I asked for a refund.

I was told in the nastiest way that I wouldn't receive a refund and I could take it like I want. When I asked for coorperates number they only provided an email and they only issued out their first names.  While attempting to get the correct information to receive a refund, they hung the phone up on me several times.   I quickly googled WWA ripping people off and read the first comment on this website, describing the same vehicle that I purchased with the same issues. I am in shock and beyond disgusted by their service, and I too have to hope that I receive a full refund from these con people.  I am the 2nd person to be a victim to puchase the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee #656563 and never receive it while being harrassed by representatives that have no intention of satisfying your needs.
