Free Trial Collects Job Candidates But Won't Let You See Them Without Paying $250/mo
What this company does is take your credit card, let you post your job to "hundreds of job boards" then hold hostage the responces you get unless you pay them a $250/mo x 12 month plan.
Here is what happened:
Thursday March 17th 2016 - I sign up for the free trial. I'm a little weirded out having to enter my credit card for something free and seeing the poor reviews on trust pilot. I proceed anyway. I'm alerted Sunday my trial will end. I call in and explain I don't work weekends and how will I be able to cancel; don't want my credit card auto billed. I'm told to call in again later, ideally Sunday. I reply I again I don't work Sunday.
Friday March 18th 2016 - I call in again as instructed. They once again try and convince me to call in Sunday which I tell them I don't work on Sundays. After a 20 min call and being placed on hold twice they agree to give me until Tuesday. I ask to see it in writing, and am told see it shows Tuesday on your account website. They confirm Tuesday I will be able to see the responces to the jobn post.
Tuesday March 22, 2016: I login and apparently have 19 candidates. I however cannot see them without paying $250/mo! I again call in, this time pretty irrate as this has wasted now 1.5 hours of my time. Some trial this was..... all they do is waste your time and lead you on. Don't trust the NPR podcast ads. These guys are terriable! If you are a small business instead conscider Dice, Monster, or the other guys.
