Boyajian Law Offices On 6th June, 2006 we received a letter from the company dated 30 May, 2006 stating that we owed $290 to EMCARE ER PHYSICIANS Rutherford New Jersey
On 6th June 2006, we received a letter from the aforementioned company (dated 30 May 2006), stating that we owed $290 to EMCARE ER PHYSICIANS relating to a medical or ambulance service (which is it for goodness sake!).
We have not been in the United States since November 1997 (Florida) - my wife did take ill at this time & was hospitalised - our insurance company settled in 1998(around $3000)
They have spelt our name incorrectly (((FULL NAME REDACTED))) & have our country as Enland United, rather than just, United Kingdom, OR, England, United Kingdom

Check this site and budhibbs.com for more less than sterling comments about Boyajian Law Firm. I have no idea about a statute of limitations for Great Britain, but since Boyajian has enough trouble collecting bogus/time-barred by statute debts in the US, I doubt he'll have any success in your country. Don't lose any sleep over it.
