Boyajian Law Offices ripoff, crooks, credit scam Rutherford New Jersey
I received a bill from Boyajian Law Offices saying i owe them 438.00 and that I had 30 days to inquire about it. I sent a letter requesting validation of the charges. I never received any information back so i thought they just dropped it. A few months later i check my credit report and they put it on my credit report. When I call them to find out what the deal is they hung up on me. I am going to dispute the charge but everyone beware!

Contacting Boyajian will get you nowhere

You're wasting your time by contacting Boyajian, and submitting yourself to verbal abuse and major stupidity in the process. Assuming you've filed a debt validation claim with Boyajian, return receipt requested (and likely received no response, similar to everyone else who posts here), and even if one of his clueless specialists tells you they'll contact the credit bureau to have it removed, don't wait by the phone for this to actually happen. Remember, Jackie is in the business of swindling you out of your money, not helping clean up your credit. Contact the credit bureau yourself and dispute this debt. If they provide you a response within 30 days, demand that they remove it.
