I refinanced my 2005 wrangler on Jan 31 with USAA, citi financial was paid in full on that date. On Feb 5 2005 they took 337.14 out of my account. Usaa payment due on the 5th. This caused a hardship for me. I contacted citifinancial about this matter was told they would mail me my mony within 14 days. Then I was told to go to my bank and get justification of payment, remember they already have this money because it was set up to debit. I did this and was then told they would credit within 48 hours. When I called to verify it was done I was then told no they will not do that they would mail it. I asked to speak to a supervisor was told he was busy would call me in one hour. Never called. Horrible rotten rude rip off company!!!!!

Citi financial required me to fax info to prove payment came out of my account. Was told they did receive information but still refused to credit back the money. Was informed it was my fault the dreft was done and they would mail me a check in about 15 to 30 days. This has caused a financial hardship on my end and overdraft charges. This is avery rude company
