Citi Financial The Company has led me into false belief of them very untrustworthy. ripoff Ashland Virginia
I went to Citi Financial on Nov 2005 to get out a new deal on my Mortgage. Was told to make six payments on time and they would refinance my interest rate which is at 9.75. Im a Disable Veteran who is serving his country. If America feel this about there Soldier than America do not care at all. Citi has threaten meover and over again with the late payments.
I filed a charge with the FTC in Richmond Virginia to prevent my home for being foreclosed. I was informed by the FTC that the loan I have is not Valid. Citi were not supposed to have a loan of this Magnitude. They used there own appraisel to get what they wanted and I was trapped.
I am willing to talk to the press and whoever want to interview me because Im only going to expose the truth of Citi Financial. I have a prepay penalty of $8042 on my loan. I have tried over 100 Mortgage Companies to refinance and have struck out due to the Pre pay and the loan total. The Company saw me in stress and they over praised my home with a 2 percent prepay penalty on the loan.
I am currently at a 9.75 interest rate with payments of 3367 a month plus have to pay Taxes of over 2900 a yeat and 575 in homeowner insurance out of pocket. I was told by the Company that if I make 6 months of good payments then they would refinance me at a lower rate. I was a victim of hurt.
Since of of this I have been admitted to the Hospital for Major Sugery of the Gallbladder and over 100 Gallstones removed from my body. I was admitted on the 24th and got out on the 30th unable to return to work due to Stress and pain an suffering as well as humilation. Please lets do this for all who is suffering. Im a fighter until the end of time.
