August 22/2005 recieved an Individual Prize Winner Cash Validation Form And Report Processing and Delivery Docket, saying that I was a Cash Winner Confirmation And Issurance Request Directive.

Stating that I am a prize winner of a cash reward of $728,577.00 to claim my prize deadline September 10/2005. I followed all the directions that were asked, sending $21.95 for Processing Payment Fee Required, I have a Postal Money Order Sender's Copy to back up my payment fee.

Today September 21/2005 I recieved another notice in the mail saying that NOTICE OF INTENT TO DELIVER CASH from Consumer Direct Enterprises. the amount to be delivered is $450,773.00.

The $450,773.00 is confirmed from prize sponsors, that to mail in the Cash Receipt ID Form Immediately with $22.95 for Priority Processing, to mail this immediately to C.D.E. P.O. Box 6540 Vancouver, BC V6B-4B5.

I being on Social Assistance, awaiting for my E.I to kick in and being the provider for my family ( Wife & 2 Children ). Recieving this notice that I was a winner of

$728,577.00, I was so happy that our financial worries would change for my whole family. That I had plans to start my own business.

I'm currently unemployed, looking for full time employment and to recieve this notice that I'm a winner of $728,577.00 my hopes and dreams of being self employed and for my family to live more comfortable then the way we lived before.

We've struggled throughout our lives to make ends meet, using these Payday Loans every two weeks and to and to get a bad credit loan from Citi Finacial in the amount of $8,500.00.

I even had to file Bankruptcy last year to get out of Debit but still having to pay off my loan with Citi Financial, how can someone do this to me not knowing how my situation is at the moment, that saying I'm a WINNER of $728,577.00, only to find out that this is a SCAM being told by The Better Bussiness Bureau that all my DREAMS have been SHATTERED that this has put not only me but my family too back into the way we were before.

In conclusion how would that person or persons who sent this notice feel if they were in my shoes.

I am sorry that happened to you. I hate people who have to scam others to make a living---they don't care who they hurt! Just remember for the future, that if you have won money anywhere, you should never have to send money to receive it...that 'filing fee' should have just been deducted from the cash winnings they said you would get...
