Did you even bother to test drive, check out and have your own mechanic check over the first car???

BBB IS A SCAM!

So they replace the jeep for you and TWO YEARS LATER when YOUR transmission goes out, somehow and someway its ALL THEIR FAULT?? How does that work exactly?? How could they possibly know how YOUR driving was going to cause YOUR transmission to fail?? THEY are NOT psychic and had NO WAY of knowing that 2 years AFTER you purchased the vehicle, that you would have transmission issues. Youre just looking for ANYONE to blame. See if you can succesfully blame THEM, you can try and FORCE them into paying for YOUR problem. Well sweetie, it dont work that way. YOUR lack of maintenence and driving habits are what caused YOUR transmission issue. To blame them this long after the sale only goes to show YOU to be a self-indulgent child. YOU are supposed to be an adult. Dont you THINK you should act like one?? What YOU are doing is what a CHILD does when they get caught. They lie and deflect responsability. Add onto that that you are a female and we can TRULY see what YOUR problem is.

Transmission work IS EXPENSIVE!! By blaming them you get the chance to try and get them to fix it AND PAY FOR IT. Stop being a cheapskate, THEY had no part in your transmission failure. IF YOU did not do regular maintenence on your vehicle then this is STILL on you. I KNOW you didnt do regular work on your jeep. HOW can I know this?? Simple, any woman who knows ANYTHING about cars, and I dont mean the right pedal means go, would have recognized a problem when their tranny started making a funny noise or a funny smell. Transmissions RARELY just up and fail. There is NORMALLY a preceeding event. Such as rough shifting, gears slipping, that funny CLUNK sound when you change to a lwer gear. These would have been a dead give away and a warning that you should get your car into a transmission shop quickly.

YOU have had the vehicle and driven the vihicle for over 700 days. Thats just the simple math. Add how many miles YOU have put on the vicle, how many trips you have taken ect ect ect. Witha SIMPLE application of math you can see where YOU have worn out YOUR transmission. Lets NOT FORGET the most important part of all of this. THEY DID NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE!!! YOU DID!!!!

There is NO RIPOFF HERE!!!! Just the USUAL consumer self-entitlement. Since the dealership sold this female a car they MUST be responsable for the transmission failure. While its saddening that she has to deal with this, it IS her own fault. SHE needs to accept both the reality of the situation and the FACT that SHE IS RESPONSABLE FOR HER VEHICLE!!!!

See her blaming them is EASIER then accepting that SHE had a part in the destruction of her car. It makes it easier on her to blame them because if she DID admit that this was her fault, SHE would be the one to have to pay for the tranny work and we can tell from her post that she just cant afford to have the work done. Being unable to afford a repair IS NOT ILLEGAL!! However, blaming THEM for YOUR PROBLEM IS!!!

Typical....
