Sears NordicTrack I bought elliptical machine back in march, 2008 I bough also waranty for three years Winston Salem North Carolina
I bought a elliptical machine exercise back in March 3, 2008 at Sears here in Winston Salem, North Carolina. The product broke in July the same year 2008 I called right away Sears because products has warranty and also I bought for three years (Universal Technical Services).
Sears refused that have nothing to do with elliptical machine because past 90 days I have to contact Norditrack which took me two days getting in touch one of customer services.
I explain what happen with elliptical machine so the represent for Norditrack order a part without a technician come to my house.
The part arrived in six days I contact the tech which he is driving far away from this area so I have to take the day tha he is available to drive to Winston Salem.
Finally he came the elliptical has other product needs another part...the tech order the part took another week to arrive the part I contact tech unfortunately elliptical still broke needs more part maybe the tech will be not able to fix.
I contact the Norditrack customer services right away I told customer services please I need someone to help this machine is being broke for six weeks already I need other equipment or my money back unfortunately
Norditrack has nothing to do with that.
Nordi track customer services said that I have to contact Sears the store that I bought the equipment. I contact Sears yesterday August 18. 2008 telling me that I can take elliptical back they will give another I took the name of that person.
I call today to make sure they will take equipment another manager talk to me completed different story Sears was not responsible for the equipment 90 days past I have to call Nordic track and talk to customer services because Sears has nothing to do with me anymore....what frastruation I have I will never buy a exercise equipment from Nordic Track either from Sears really bad customer serivces by the way.
